Return Policy

All sales are final.  No refund or exchange. See policy below.

Returns  

Returned items must be unopened, unused, not tampered and in the same condition that you received it.  Also, an unopened package must be refused by the postal carrier within 14 days of the date of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable for returned packages; and the customer's responsibility.   

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for hair products and opened packages containing hair accessories or styling tools.

Refunds  

Customer will be informed of their status when the package and item have been received and inspected.   

If your return is approved, a credit to your card or original method of payment will be applied within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.    

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

No Refunds  

If the "item refused" package appeared to be tamper, a refunded would not be credit, and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost to return the packaging to you.
