Why am I being charged for shipping and handling? 

We charge a $10.00 flat fee for all orders UNDER $74.99.  Shipping covers logistics costs like labor, packing supplies, inventory storage, weight of package, transportation, and delivery.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, orders over $75.00 ships free.

When will I get my order?

Most orders placed before 12 noon PST ships out within the next 1 - 2 BUSINESS days.  Customers usually received their orders witin 2 - 7 BUSINESS days from the ship date.
